Self-paced
Matwork Bridging Course

Did your initial Pilates certification leave you feeling like there were major pieces of the puzzle missing?

You know the repertoire, and you know how to build a basic class plan. But when a client walks into your studio dealing with lower back pain, an old shoulder injury, arthritis, a disc injury or complex post-natal considerations... do you feel truly equipped to guide them with certainty?

You’re not alone. So many foundational courses gloss over the real-world mechanics of human movement, leaving dedicated instructors second-guessing their choices.

At The Pilates League, we bridge those gaps.

This self-paced course is purpose-built to take your existing qualification, update your knowledge with modern movement science, and transform the way you see and teach different bodies.

Accredited: AusActive recognised certification upon completion. Also internationally reconginsed.

Step out of the guesswork and into a deep, science-backed confidence that makes you the go-to instructor in your studio.

I had such a lack of confidence and anxiety about the course before I began, but with Rach’s teacher training it helped me so much!

She really takes the time to break things down and give a deeper level of understanding, in such an accessible way. I’m so much more confident in myself and my teaching!

Rachel made the training so engaging and fun, it was hands down a life changing experience for me.  Plus I’ve made some amazing friends Pilates friends I’ll have for life!

Rachel and Isaac clearly know their stuff.

I was lucky enough to come and do their teachings at The Perth Pilates Feast and I have to say, I learnt too much and I feel so much more confident in what I deliver to my clients.
